At Custom Machinery and Automation our extensive experience in designing and building custom machinery gives us the insights needed to successfully engineer equipment that suits our customer’s needs and fits within their budget. Our diverse customer base has given us a large “tool box” of knowledge to pull from. No job is exactly the same, but finding similarities across different projects helps us know what works and what doesn’t. This allows us to build machinery that functions properly, lasts, and also reduces the “unknown” expense to our customers. Our Process

We work closely with our customers to ensure you get exactly what you need out of your custom equipment. We start by helping to define your requirements. Next we learn from your expertise of the existing process so we can come up with creative and effective solutions to attain your automation goals. We then design the machinery using 3D CAD modeling. Multiple design reviews are scheduled with our customer throughout the design process. Once the design is signed off on, the procurement and build process begins. At the completion of the build, the machinery is tested and then the buyoff takes place. Any resulting punch list items are resolved and the machine is delivered to your facility. We then install the new equipment and train your employees on its use.
